In Windows 7 when I would run net use and include credentials, I could put the UNC path into the run command and the folder would open right up. Okay, I think we all agree this is a weird issue, but we may have found a solution. First, boot your PC in Safe Mode. Restart your computer. When your computer is restarting, hit F8 on the keyboard, and you should be taken to the Safe Mode screen.

You suggestion is correct, I removed and joined again to the domain and now it works fine. This workaround solved the problem. I suppose is a DNS issue but I will investigate later.. in the meantime thank you for your support.
